Subject: Removing rear heater in Westy?
Content-type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Is there any mechanical reason not to remove the rear heater (under the seat/bed) in a Westy? I almost never use it, and would like more storage space under the seat. It looks to be as simple as connecting the in and out hoses together with a coupler, bypassing the heater core. Anyone done this? Any tips or thoughts would be most welcome.

Brian W.
