I've been a "cross-over" list member since there have been multiple

I've been a V-dub enthusiast since I was 2, when Dad bought his first
new VW in 1957..

Member of FMBC, LiMBO, Syncro.org, and NHVW club...

I currently own a '93 EV MV, an '87 Syncro GL, a '79 LT 28 D highroof,
and a '66 pop-top Westy project Bus.

I was one of about 50 on the Westfalia.org Roll Call when it first started.

I was one of the first in NH to join A.I.R.S., recently joined Vanagon
Rescue, and have tried on several occassions to start a New
England/NorthEast Chapter of FMBC.  I've been listed in the LiMBO TTTD
for most of the last 10 years...

Very rarely do I not get a return wave from a fellow Type II driver, be
it Bus, Vanagon, or EV...  When in my LT I even get return waves from
Sprinter drivers (of course then there is that double take when they
realize it is a VW...).

I rarely post on any of the lists anymore as I have made my
contributions many times in the past.  On ev_update, I don't know enough
about most of the problems with it yet to contribute.

It really pains me to sit here and listen to all this BS about who does
and doesn't wave, who helps/contributes and who doesn't, and who does
and doesn't have a sense of community.

If you can help, HELP.  If you can't, don't sweat it...    If you ask
for help and don't get it, don't start Bad Mouthing anybody!!!!  'cause
it Will come back to bite you.
