Which I note you also asked them and didnąt get an answer...

With any vehicle the plug wires will sometimes "weld" themselves on to the coil or distributor with the boots. Carefully pry up the edges of the boots until it pops free. Do not force it. But if you are replacing a coil I would also recommend new wires at the same time. Then you wouldnąt need that stuck one anyway.
