Water pump or possibly one of the elbow-shaped hoses feeding the oil cooler (that aluminum thing between the oil filter and the engine). Slight possibility it's the gasket between the water pump and the big coolant bypass pipe along the left side. I'd eyeball those two short hoses on top of the cooler with a flashlight first. Mine had "cheese grater" hose clamps on 'em that the PO had apparently repeatedly tightened to stop the leaking, as they were choked down so hard there was maybe a millimeter of hose material left under them. Worth taking a look at.
