If you pushed the minute or hour button too hard it will stick in.  You may be able to carefully wiggle it loose from the outside, but you  will probably have to lift out the instrument cluster and free the buttons from the back.  I have not stuck mine for a while so I can't remember the exact procedure but if you go slow every thing is easy to get at.  Be careful with the cluster because every thing back there is fragile or brittle or both.
