I don't either , and this is possibly the worst suggestion ever.

The minimal fuel savings from free wheeling is nill, and all your going to be doing more brake jobs than the fuel savings are going to be .

A Real Bad idea.

Coasting and playing the lights is one thing---but disengaging the running gear/engine is a real bad thought.
