Indian ocean/southeast asia. South pacific is Fiji, Tahiti, Samoa, etc. And 
really, they didn't get faster results. It was 6 days before the US Navy 
(the first to help) started airlifting supplies in. We're only 4 days into 
Katrina and Marines are already patrolling the streets in NO.
