Do you expect relief and reconstruction to be to be done for free?? Get real!! You don't work for free. The companies and people who have the equipment and expertise to get the job done should be allowed to do so. As soon as the water receeds, I'll be sent there to appraise vehicle damage. That just happens to be my job and yes, I'll rake in the cash. The surviors and the displaced will be expecting insurance companies to send guys like me down there to help rebuild their lives. Maybe you have been stairing, eyes wide open, into the sun for a little too long. The idea is to get there and help, not wait around to get the "proper" permits. The looters should have plenty of money, if they havn't been shot yet.
