Please read the message I was responding to.

Please believe that there will be folks taking advantage of the
situation, and bet your last buck the current management agency in DC
will funnel the appropriate work where it belongs.
Into the hands of the largest contributing factor's.

What surprises me is that CNN's Andereson Cooper, Harry Connic Jr., as
well as cast of other privileged celebrities, arrived and were in the
midst of the carnage 4 days prior to the National Guard even getting
close to arriving to maintain a level of security.

FEEMA knew several days prior to the big blow what was going to happen
and did nothing to buffer the Levee's, remove  relocate the poor and
under privileged, and had not one iota of back up plan of attack.,
because the they belong to the National Security department run by two
idiot's and cronies of GB.
And believe me they was not one clue of what to do.

Now the affluent can prosper over the idiotic error's made by the DC
management agency, and I'm happy that you too will take advantage of
this unfortunate situation--everybody else with some clout seems to be
doing the same.
