Mine stays up no problemo, with the Yakima feet/bar/fort mounts on it. I got the struts at my FLAPS. Get 2 rights: http://tinyurl.com/7asa3 Pretty sure our usual suspects, Bus Depot, Go Westy, Volks Café, Vanagain also all have these. The rights are stiffer than the lefts (pretty sure that's the way it is) so 2 of those will likely solve your drooping problem. bob
