Thanks much to all that replied about the trade!  Even though my
brother-in-law
has done much for me over the years (practically gave me the 71 Ghia I use to
have) I will tell him I have to pass on this one.  Sounds like it would
pretty much
be like jumping from the frying pan into the fire ;-)
