Funny, isn't it, how one day your position makes you a soldier-hating liberal communist idiot, and the next day *poof* you're a visionary... like the morons who predicted $3.00 gasoline this year. We'll be wishing for 3.00 gasoline soon.

I'm driving my diesel around happily getting 27 mph. I imagine I won't be so happy the first time I have to fill it back up. I had to put 70 miles on it today and I felt every mile as I watched the odometer click over. Tomorrow I have to drive 200 miles in my gasser--that is going to hurt, but I need the capacity as I am picking up a load of books. Then next week I have to deliver those books to various places around the state... hundreds of miles!

I work in a home office like the original poster, but that's not helping me at all right now. You can't haul many books on a bicycle either.

Jim
