My '87 Camper has the same dash-mounted A/C switches that my '91 Carat had. I just replaced the blower fan switch with a $18.00 part from VW.

they changed the a/c switches in '88. the '88 up westy takes the same dash switch as the 88 up pass van. the expensive ones are the '80-'87 westy a/c switches..those are camper only.
