Just this morning I was changing the oil on my '87 for the first time. It has been some years since I had my '86 & I had forgotten what a pain in the butt that filler neck can be. I took a standard plastic oil bottle (the spout on the side of the bottle), cut the side off opposite of the spout and used that as a long funnel. It worked great, I wiped it out and put it in a ziplock bag when I was done.
