Subject:      seat belts for rear seats

I am trying to get shoulder harnesses set up for the rear seat of my '84. Does anyone here know if the seat belt & retractor from the front seats is the same as or can interchange with the rear seats' belts? I know a different mount was used in the back, but how about the belts themselves? The Bentley shows how to update, but that isn't enough help for this question.
