I saw a honda 600 in the junkard sat. only 99k, but had rust like the mileage was 99 million. It was the sport model.I actually rode in one once. The owners manuel was like new.We could not figure how to open the hood. The stick shift comes out from under the dash. Had the keys and many good parts.I heard this was air cooled w/ a motercycle engine , but dont know for sure. I remember when these were new. They advertised in hot rod mag.The line was would you rather have 400 horsepower, or Mary, Jane and Rachel. Showed a guy with chicks hanging off him while he was leaning on his new honda 600 sport. A 400 horspower chevelle ss 396 was in the background. Both were red, and the ss had cool white stripes.I remember that they sold a bunch, and saw them frequently.I was in high school, and one remembers stupid things like this ,then.
