"knock out the centers" sounds real easy :<) LOL

why re-invent the wheel? (pun intended)

the SA wheels dont require knocking.

but, if youre cheap like me, just get some audi or passat wheels and machine the centers..

cutting and rewelding the centers on a wheel? bah.. talk about a nightmare.. what about offsets and balance? youd never get it right.. youd prolly have to run 20 wheel weights on each wheel to get them to at least keep from wearing your bearings/tires out like mad.. that'd be one wobbling westy..
