Was wondering about year round use of those tires; noise, how quickly they wear. I have a pair of studded Hakke... and of course they do sound a bit louder on dry pavement :)

They're almost identical but one comes with the holes for studs. They have the load range ... agressive tread ... and, even though they're winter tires, they wear well for year round use. Granted, there is a little more road noise with these treads but it isn't bad. I live in northern Maine and they do well in snow and on wet or dry pavement. Mike '84 GL 7 pass '85 GL Westy |
