I have had leaks at higher pressures that never showed at lower. I have had leaks that showed at lower temps that didnšt show at higher temps. (almost always at hose connection points) But I have never had a leak in a core that showed at a lower pressure and disappeared with higher pressure. Usually become very obvious at higher pressure.
