Looks to me like VW should take Bugatti name an produce a car to compete with the Mini Cooper. They sell for 17K to 25K and there must be a dozen around my neighborhood. That million dollar Bugatti museum piece doesn't need high speed stability or better engine cooling it just needs to be put directly into J Leno museum or one of the Reno Auto Museums where it'll go anyway after the first wash job.
