its true.. i sold my '78 westy champagne edition for $10k a few yrs ago (it was a show car, and had the rare westy tent and alot of other cool vw acessories i let go with it) hopefully that trend will continue to the vanagons as well..

i still find it hard to understand why a '74-'79 westy in nice shape can fetch really good money, but a '80-83 aircooled westy is a boat anchor..??
