Almost every OLD car that comes up for sale has issues. By issues I mean unresolved mechanical problems that haven't been fixed by the owners or nare-do-well local mechanics. It can be something as simple as vacuum leaks or major like a needing a new engine. With over 40 years of dealing with automobile, boat, motorcycle and their engines I can pretty well buy a bargain. A bargain for me might be a nemesis for others that don't repair their own cars or those that are in it for quick profit. I keep most cars over a year although it might not be by choice. Flaming and flipping really don't bother me ............... this field is wide open and all that want can do their own filliping thing.
