It is an ASI and I believe 85 model year were there last ones.  Of that I
have only heard of a couple.  However when I try to track down anything of
the company I cant find anything done after 84?? It is one of the mysteries
as I cant find anyone with any facts on the last couple years of the company
that vanished over night.
