A class B does not usually have a bathroom. Class B campers are most often Ford or Chevy conversions with a high roof or poptop. A Vanagon Westfalia and the EuroVan Camper woudl also be a class B. You can find a simple description of what a class B is at RVIA.org, but class B campers are built within an existing van body.

They created a new class for the Sprinter camper conversions, B+ since class B campers are usually not big enough for a bathroom.
