There is no way on this earth that this job can get done in this amount of time. >> Wait, are you supporting the fairness and accuracy of the Mitchell time estimate or are you saying it is wrong. NO WAY ON EARTH!?!?!!?!!!!!!! Can you exaggerate a little more please. That wasn;t quite out of this world.

<< So who's getting hosed? The customer? >> If that time is accepted by many in the industry, then it stands to reason that it must be reasonable. Otherwise, these shops would no longer be in business, right? If the customer hired a shop who can't do the job in the prescribed time, the customer needs to evaluate the hourly cost of that shop time. In my line of work, I use the services of experts often. I prefer to hire people who may quote me a higher rate in less time than people who charge less but require more time for research. I don't want to pay for his or her training. I pay a professional skills they should already possess. That should be how things are done. That is how I pay for my automotive services most of the time. The shop I use allows me the latitude as to which mechanic I want to work on my car. One mechanic cost the shop less because of lesser experience. Shop pays them less than the better mechanics. As a customer I am given the opportunity to make that decision. Works for both of us. << You best try walking the walk prior to talking the talk. You don't have a clue.>> That is just mean spirited, Ricky de Cardo. Leave Chris G. alone. He's my buddy and he is selling me his Syncro Westy for $6,001.

Lucy!!!!!!!! I'm home!!!!!!!!!!
