If you are talking about pipe, 5S, is the lightest available, although 1 1/2 ", Sched. 5S pipe would be nearly two inches (1.900") on the OD. If you're talking about tubing, then you are wrong because 1 1/2" SS tubing is also commonly available in .035 and .049 wall thickness. Who knows how the Germans size things? George |
