The Syncro would probably do a better job pulling the Element. The Element is only rated to tow 1,500 lbs and pulling the Syncro will result in the Element needing a transmission. Either way, it is illegal in many states without a brake controller in the towed vehicle. The best solution is to get a friend to drive the 2nd vehicle and fly them back home. The most economical solution is to get rid of the Element! Who needs an Element when you have a Syncro?
