VINS don't lie... it's most likely an 87 with 91 cosmetic parts added, which is relatively easy to do. I guess it could be a 91 with an 87 dashboard VIN, but thats unlikely. Ask the seller if at least 2 VINs are the same (i.e. one on the dash and the one on the drivers doorjam) If so, it's an 87.
