I have a vinyl snail artwork on my diesel westy rear window that lets the world know "I'm slow." It was more appropriate when the car didn't have a turbo, but in any case I think people cut you a little slack if there's acknowledgement that a vehicle is slow. Maybe I just haven't been in front of anybody with enough of a rage yet, but I've been a bunch of freeway miles and nobody's ever flipped me off.

Or maybe I was just too slow to notice.
