No, that doesn't work. That's what we have posted here in conservative Alberta and left lane bandits are plentiful. Nobody thinks of themselves as "slow" so no need to keep right. The further south you go, the more "right" the politics get and the less likely you'll find the pick ups and suv's in the right lane. For some add reason, the more right your thinking, the more right you have to the left lane. Make it the law as it is in Germany. Left lane is passing only.
