It's not at all clear to me what the "91" is in the auction title but it's pretty clear it's an '87. If he'd wanted to be truly misleading he would've said it was a 1991 and not included "1987" anywhere. If yer gonna spend $18k on an 18 year old van, I hope you can tell the difference between the two!

Not only is he asking waaaay more than the $6k it's worth, but there's another on auction right now, ALSO in Colorado, with current bid of just $1k, or $5k less than it's worth! On the other hand, with the I4 conversion, it's probably only worth $1k...
