I just picked up a replacement carpet kit from SewFine products
(www.sewfineproducts.com) out in Littleton, Colorado.  They have a very
nice product and the fit was great.  I went with their kit because they
had a nice charcoal color, bound in black, that looked good in my van and
wouldn't show dirt.

I also found carpet kits available at GoWesty.

The prices are about the same at both spots, about 220 for entire front
carpet replacement including a heel patch and binding.
