Yep, that big ol' hex plug on the right side. Takes a 17mm allen wrench or hex thingy. In a pinch you can do what my jackass PO (or his "mechanic", more likely) did and get it off with a pipe wrench. Proper fill level is basically up near the bottom of that hole. Park on level ground, open 'er up, and stick your finger in there. If it feels low or (worse) you can't reach it, add some gear oil.
