i sold my ex 86 westy for $6900 a few yrs ago.. it had about 105k mi. it was really clean and i probably could have gotten more. these things have done depreciating as per any "KBB" value. thay are now worth whatever you can get for them, as per their CONDITION. pay only what you feel its worth to you, and what you can afford. prices are all over, there is no "set pricing" anymore. Jimmy joe may say "i only paid 2500 for my 86" and billy bob may say "i paid 8500 for my 86" its all what you think its worth to you, and condition. its all about CONDITION. jimmy joe may only have paid 2500, but it also may have been a complete toilet.

go on samba, ebay, look at prices , and CONDITION and use them to make your decision.
