Rust? Mold? What are those?

Chris, we have these things here called "hills". I park it tilted one way for half a day. Then the oppsite tlt the rest of the afternoon.

It's beautiful and sunny here again today. I'm so sick of it. I need some fog or rain or snow. I really could use some salt under my rockers too.
