I did this last fall. Definately a two person operation. I used Krown oil as a lubricant to help get the seal in place. I ran a small nylon rope around the inner lip of the new seal and then had my helper hold the window in place. My helper then pushed on the window while I pulled the cord to bring the seal over the lip in the window opening in the door. For some reason it took allot of friggin and more force than I was comfortable with but it eventually went in. The bottom was always easy to get in but the window always seemed to squeeze up from the bottom of the opening...maybe too mutch Krown oil??? Pascal '84 Westy
