About 2 months ago, what I thought was the paypal "anti-fraud team" started
sending me "warnings" that someone from Poland, Netherlands and Romania was
attempting to access my account. I got 3 of these "warnings" from the
address: paypal@admin.com. It was entitled a Fraud Alert in the subject
line. It asked me to log into my account and change my password and signin
to keep it safe and secure. I didn't of course and sent it to the paypal
help address at their site (spoof@paypal.com and webform@paypal.com). Paypal
got back to me letting me know someone was phishing.

They don't use very good English and their sentence structure is too full of
errors because they don't know context phrases and structure very well. It
even warns against logging in when requested by those attempting fraud:
"Make sure you never provide your password to fraudulent websites." The
email they (fraud-squad) generated looked very official and just like
something that came from Pay Pal.
