From a German site: 3B0 955 531 replaces the old nr: 357 955 531

Also at the relays they build in at the vw factory you'll find a number, this is "19" for the fixed intermittant relay, and "99" for the programmable. Makes it easy to look for it in the scrapyard.

You can also buy them at a german shop called ELV online (www.elv.de), as a kit for 15 euro's (21 euro's for a module). Should be a drop-in replacement, same functionality as the original one. Search for "WI 95" at www.elv.de for details, unfortunately only in German.
