You might look at any Porsche 914 folding e-brake handle. Since its located between the driver's seat and door threshold Porsche engineered it to fold down after you pull it up. May definitely want to make sure the indicator lamp on the dash is working cuz it would be even easier to leave it on and drive away. Doug
