When I was a Porsche guy many moons ago, I used to autocross a tricked 74 911. It had 205/55/15's all the way around. The rears would last about half as long. The car was not outrageously powerful (150 hp) and I never did burnouts. In fact with one set of new Comp TA's--and a fast course on a very abrasive surface--the rears were nearly 1/3 gone after two days. Sometimes I fondly look back on my days of racing Porsches. It sure was cheaper than Syncro Westy Tdi's. Tom 2.5 Tdi Syncro Westy
