This is pretty typical of most Listserv software. There may be a switch to turn it "Off" on your account. Try sending a message as follows: To: listserv@gerry.vanagon.com Subject: (leave blank) Body txt: Help This should return to you a list of all the commands that are available to you as a recipient to the listserv. These commands give you a lot of control over what you get, and how you get it. You can also temporarily sign off and sign back on without having to actually quit the Vanagon Newsgroup. Very handy.
