Dylan, I believe the standard door panel clips can be used on those if you are planning to cover the panel with fabric.

I too shattered mine into a fine powder during removal on my 87, even with careful patience. Since I would like to be able to take the panels on and off once in a while, and I am covering the panels with thin carpet it looks like the door panel clips will work.
