Subject: Rebuilding westy cabinets in fine wood
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

I saw my first Adventurewagen this weekend at Westies at Watkins and I was VERY impressed. One item of interest was the wood cabinets. Has anyone ever re-done thier westy cabinets in a good quality wood rather than the melamite? My girlfirend works at a place that does custom cabinetry... I am considering working with them to re do my cabinets in exact westy sizes but in some kind of stainable wood.

Thoughts? Has anyone done this, and if so do you have pics?

Thanks, Chris
