Chris,
Leon Korkwood (korkwood@wshost.net) does this in his vans. Beautiful work
but he doesn't just replicate the original cabinet model with quality wood.
He completely changed them and it turned out great. Send him an email and
see what kind of suggestions you get. He's in Moab right now so it'll be a
week or so before he returns.
