I dropped in at a local RV (authorized Dometic service center) place. We looked up the part, and he'll order it on Monday. Should have it on Wednesday (so he says).

FWIW, this is called (by Dometic) an electrode w/cable (29" long, Part number 2928727078. Cost ~= $54. The guy printed me out the break down part list for the Dometic 182B fridge. I also decided to order a new gasket for the combustion chamber. That costs $33.
