When we replaced the sliding door in my westy w/ a new one after a tel pole crunch, I got new caps from Bus Depot, & my body guy had them painted to match the yellow interior/door. Even w/ the right equip., patience, some of the og ones WILL break so new ones are definitely in order.

Tom-reason I have not installed a rear hatch interior opener yet.
