Finesse and the right tool pays off in the long run .

They have been known to snap when dry rotted. But are a servicable part.

An hour?

Maybe 10 minutes max.

This is where a door panel tool works well, and will cut you me down to nothing.

If this job took me an hour I'd shoot myself, and then the Van.
