Get in touch with the Zone Manager, Larry. He 'rides for the brand' and wants Dodge to look good, so...... ----- Original Message ----- From: "AAG - Larry Word" <word_aag@COMCAST.NET> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Sunday, October 02, 2005 2:10 PM Subject: Vanagon owner w/ non-VW dealer compliant

Here's what you get when your wife won't drive the Vanagon for a daily driver....

My 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan is broken AGAIN. The dealer "fixed" it last week but same symptoms again this W/E (72 hrs. later).

**Does anyone in VW Vanagonland know the best place to place a dealer compliant to get their attention and focus on my problem????????

Douglas County Dodge Douglasville, Ga.

This is the dealer in Georgia I am dealing with. Their initial repairs have now caused additional issues (engine harness wire now hitting axle and burned thru, rigged throttle body return spring which I did not ask them to "customize", etc.....

I'd appreciate any help someone might offer as this is the family's "good van" which was in good shape overall until they customized it to cover their own mistakes..... . I'd drive my Vanagon until the day I die, thank you....

Larry Georgia
