Subject: OXS and battery light on intermitant

Hello Listees,
Any thoughts or suggestions regarding recent intermitant OXS and battery
dash lights flashing in 85 vanagon. They flash simultanieously and the
flashing seems to have become more consistent over the last couple of weeks.
Changed O2 sensor and Cataylst about 4 months ago as part of smog check.
The van seems to be running fine though a little lean.
Thanks for any recommendations you may make,
Juan
