AutoZone: WELLS JA183 LLT $89.99 -----Original Message----- From: Vanagon Mailing List [mailto:vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com] On Behalf Of John Lauterbach Sent: Monday, October 10, 2005 6:24 PM To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Subject: OT NVC 1990 Dodge Colt Vista My apologies to all, but I need some help; and I know some of you have automotive expertise that extends beyond VW & Vanagons. My Mom (age 95, lives west of Daytona, FL) called me tonight and told me that her mechanic told her that her 1990 (or 91) Dodge Colt Vista cannot be fixed because the engine computer is bad, and he cannot get the a good one. Based on my Mom's description of how her car stalled a few times on Friday and then wouldn't start (lots of rain?), I am suspect of the diagnosis. However, assuming mechanic is right, how do I source replacement parts for her car. While vehicle has the Dodge brand, it was made by Mitsubishi. Thank you for your patience.
